  After being patients for about 3 years me and all the members of my family, it is very sad to feel a kind of discrimination by the staff towards my wife. She made an appointment, confirmed and attended 10 minutes before, but regardless of that, they made her wait for more than 45 minutes (passing 4 patients who arrived after her) without giving any explanation or apology.
  
  When she wanted to talk to a person responsible for complaint, they simply said that the person in charge had already left, even though Dr. Jaimie Kocian was in the office corridor.
  
  Worst of all, when my wife tries to communicate with the receptionist (Hispanic) in Spanish, she refused to do it so.
  
  The drop that spilled the glass, was that the receptionist and another person of the staff mocked and laughed of a patient who left the office very angry for some reason.
